Second, in the series of our SEBI-registered Category I AIF, IDF II has been active since June 2024. IDF II has a fund size of INR 500 Crore plus 100 Crores greenshoe with a sector-agnostic focus on disruptive tech-enabled Startups and SMEs.
IDF I
Closed for investment
35North’s first SEBI-registered Category I AIF closed at INR 130 Crores. The fund had a mix of domestic and overseas investors, primarily invested in pre-series A and series A stage companies.
